Cottage Delight is a family owned Company based in the picturesque Staffordshire Moorlands.
Cottage Delight was first conceived by our Chairman, Nigel Cope back in 1974. Thirty years on, we have over 700 products in the range including many being made in house to traditional methods.
Woodchester Fine Foods
We are a small family business based in Woodchester, Gloucestershire. Our range was launched in March 2006 and we have since been overwhelmed by the interest and positive response that we have received.
We offer a comprehensive and colourful selection of chocolate, sweet & savoury sauces and dressings made in the South West of England using quality, natural ingredients. We don’t use any nasty artificial enhancers or preservatives to blend everything together so there may be a little separation in some sauces.
Taste has been paramount in developing the range and particular attention has been paid to the choice of ingredients and flavours used. Our products are handmade in small batches and have a long shelf life from 1 to 2 years. They are ambient so can be stored in your cupboard until opened and then they should be kept in the fridge. Our sauces can be served hot or cold but please do not overheat or boil as the flavour and colour will be impaired.
Our sauces make ideal gifts and we hope you will enjoy them and tell your friends and then come back for more!
Thursday Cottage
Thursday Cottage is not just a cosy, made-up name on a jam-pot - it's a real cottage where our delicious range of jams, marmalades and curds were first produced.
Likewise all Thursday Cottage preserves are real products, just like your mother or grandmother made at home - full of fruit and natural flavours but with no harmful additives or any of the chemical preservatives that can be found in mass produced products.
And, because we make nothing other than jams, marmalades and curds, all our efforts are concentrated on making them, we hope, the best in the world.
